Bubble Tea Lab Mundelein – Cozy Spot for Premium Boba & Unique Flavors in Lake County

Very good bubble tea here from the popular local limited chain within Lake County. Kudos to the owner and interior decorator(s) for creating a sleek & chill atmosphere! Definitely a great place to kick back and enjoy some boba. Extensive array of flavors & mix-ins and I apologize if I can't get into detail about food being at any of the locations I've only ever had bubble tea. Only disadvantage of this chain which doesn't drag down a 5⭐ rating is one size only for the boba tea which is pretty tall and my kids never even come close to finishing. The main reason I come here is for my boys who are 3 and 8 years old and are always well worth the treat. My older son always wants his own and refuses to share with the lil one so my wife always ends up sharing with our youngest if the venue only has one size and if it's too big. I always strive to support local and I hope for continued success & prosperity for the owner(s).

Only been here one time and it was a bit of a drive but the place was too cute! The drinks were good. My daughter love the whole vibe and they have cute little stuffed animal pigs on the wall for sale and adorable stickers for sale as well. They have self serve monitors to place your orders and then they have it ready at the next counter.

Came here cause I always drive by while I’m working, we got a mango smoothie and a taro smoothie with boba. The drinks were good. The spot itself is pretty cool as well. My stepdaughter was in love with the “vibes” . They offer self check out and self ordering which is cool. Sometimes ordering drinks at places can be daunting with the the combination options. This makes everything all simple.

This place is super cool!!! I never had Boba tea before and now I am going every other day. So peaceful, have too many options for milk tea, lemonade. My fav. So far is Strawberry one and Taro milk tea. Must go if looking for some cool coffee/tea cafe. Interesting place for kids, could be romantic place too

Tried Taro tea here and it was good. However they add lots of ice so make sure you let them know ahead of time of your preference. Pleasing staff and atmosphere. Edit: Went for the second time and found many changes. They now offer noodles and fun game tables.

Highly recommend this place, especially that taro smoothie is the best (if you like it sweet). Also the ambiance & service are great, good to see some games to play while enjoying the drink and bowls with your family and friends.
